Ruben, Artur, and Timur started CareerMotto in 2018 after experiencing first hand the struggles of switching into the technology industry from non-traditional backgrounds. They recognized that many in-demand jobs require hands-on experience. The three friends resolved to use peer mentorship to empower others pursuing new careers through technical bootcamps. In the last decade, bootcamps have proven that most employers value specialized skills. As technology continues to disrupt traditional industries, workers are choosing rapid reskilling programs to increase their earning potential and career security.
